delete email permission

Hi,

How can we forbid the delete of emails sync in Copper ? We’d like to give the permission only to managers.

Hi @V.Bridonneau, thanks for posting! To clarify, are you referring to the ability to delete an email from the activity feed?

 

We don’t currently have a way to block non-admins from deleting their emails from the Copper system. If you’d like, I can turn this Question thread into an Idea thread so that the Product team can take a look for future consideration. Let me know if you’d like me to do that. 👍
