customized mass emails

Hello, 
I want to see if there’s a way for someone (for example) to send an email to 20 contacts quickly, 
1. We want to put all 20 recipients in the “To” line, but we it to allow customization to say “Dear __(insernet name)_” 

was curious if there is a way to do this in copper to send a mass email (or template to send a mass email) that would allow someone to send an email through copper then automatically send the email by pulling the data and automating the email for him.

Hi @isaunders, thanks for posting! Yes, we call this feature a bulk email. Basically, you select a bunch of contacts to send an email to and you type out an email (or use a template you already created). That email/template can include a “merge field” which is basically telling the system {insert first name here}.
