Converting People back to Leads

Hey all, 

 

I have a load of People that maybe in the past we worked with but would like to move them back to a lead. Can I do this within Copper? I know one solution could be to export into excel and then clean it up and import and clean things up that way but I am afraid of that type of thing.

Hi @CGAgency, Leads → People is currently a one-way street, meaning we’re not able to convert People back into Leads. If this is something you’d like to see in the future feel free to post it as an Idea.

Your best bet is with the export and re-import. You mentioned you’re a bit afraid to do that - if you let me know why maybe I can provide some guidance or tips!
