Any plans to make the web app faster?

Hi @andrewbermudez, thanks for posting! The team is constantly working on our infrastructure, but improving performance is a long-term process. There’s actually several projects underway now, and more planned into next year. So the answer is yes, but you might not notice a difference right away because they affect different areas or add incremental improvements. There’s also a lot of factors that go into the speed, so everyone’s experience will differ.

That being said, it’s possible that you may have experienced some slowness in the past week or so. This is because our engineers were/are optimizing the resourcing balance for a new, super-quick email sync capability. More on that next week or the week after.

Also, we have a different release coming up that will lead to better performance on list views. More on that in a month or so.

If you’re not already subscribed to our Product Updates, I recommend you do that to keep up-to-date.
