Annual to monthly plan

Dear all, I’m trying to change my plan from annual to monthly, but I can find a way to do it in the billing section.

Do you have any suggestions?

In regards to account changes, such as updating your payment terms and billing, requests are handled by the Copper Support Team.

To contact our team for an account related change:

  1. Open the Copper Web App
  2. Navigate to the Copper Chat within your app, and start a chat by clicking “Send us a message”, please include your request.
  3. Our Support Team will route you to the correct contact to manage your request, and provide a prompt reply. (Replies will be sent via e-mail as well if you’re not available to stay in the chat)
