The Gmail Spotlight can be turned off in the Copper CRM Chrome Extension settings, here is how to access and turn off the setting:
How to Access Gmail Spotlight setting:
- In Google Chrome, Navigate to Extensions → Copper CRM for Gmail → Manage Extension / Options → Extension options
- In Extension options under “Web Notifications” → Check box “Turn Off Email Tracking Notifications”
