We have recently engaged the services of a consultant who will be assisting with the onboarding of new members of our sales team.  This person’s email address is outside of our domain - can I add him to my team or will I need to have a domain email address created in order to grant him access to our pipeline?

Hi @ronniewoot, you’re able to add users who have a different email domain, so go ahead and invite that consultant!

No problem @ronniewoot. I’m going to mark my previous reply as “Best Answer” so that others can find it easy.

Also, just thought I should mention - it’s quite common to set up Teams & Permissions when inviting external consultants into your Copper. It lets you block certain areas of Copper for them, which can be helpful if you either want to keep their view focused or if there’s any sensitive information in there.

Let me know if you have any more questions!
