I'm not seeing all my custom fields in the custom field configuration for Reports.

Hi, I’m trying to add custom fields in the custom fields configuration but I don’t see all of them as an option. I’ve checked both Metrics and Attributes but don’t see them all. Can someone help?

There are a couple of reasons you might not see your custom fields in the custom field configuration:

  1. New custom fields: you added those custom fields less than 24 hours ago. Since the data in the Reports system refreshes ones per day, if you created those custom fields recently it’s possible they haven’t been synced yet. If this is the case, wait another day or so until the next data sync happens.
  2. Unsupported field types: there are certain custom field types that are not supported by the Reports system yet. These include multi-select dropdowns, custom date fields, and connect fields.
