Hi everyone! I am a Talent Coordination Specialist at SymphonicHCM. We are a recruiting firm, and I was hoping to get some input from others that are also using Copper for recruiting. Does anyone have any specific features in Copper that they have found to be extremely useful? I was also hoping to get some insight on how others are using Copper exactly for their recruiting firm and some best practices and advice on this. Thank you!
Hi there. We would like to be able to track People and their entire work history which means that we will sometimes have them associated with more than one company. Is there an easy way that anyone uses to track a person’s record and associate it with both their current company AND their past company? Thank you!
